系統爛到不行,難使用又會當機,想要轉個帳竟然因為是用他行帳戶驗證去開戶,所以每筆上限只有1萬,只能轉1萬到底是三小,一個月也只能賺頂多5萬,人家其他銀行一秒鐘幾十萬上下可以轉,就你臺企銀最特別,也不讓客戶驗證升級帳戶,不是行員的問題,是設計這規則的人腦袋都裝水,再來就是官網的問題也很多,光一個服務據點竟然不能放大檢視來看,真的超爛,連自己行員都說可以用Google地圖,那還不該檢討官網的設計,基本的服務據點都搞不好,IT人員真該回家吃自己,四顆星是給門口櫃檯負責數位線上開戶的周小姐,人很善良又細心、講話溫柔和藹可親,問她問題也都有問必答,要不是遇到她,不然我簡直快腦充血,沒看過一個這麼爛的系統設計,人家臺灣x行雖然app介面也很差,但至少好用多了。

認同!親身遇到如此慢速的服務效率! 評價如此低,服務台動作慢,連辦理約定帳戶業務只能找服務台,主管不會出來安排人力,就讓客戶在那邊等超過1小時,毫無懸念給出一點差評。
