★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次發現不得不相信網路上的評價，因爲自身也驗證了！電話中都跟行員詢問條件了，等到親自跑了一趟送件，過了一星期才通知，真的很不好意思不符合條件！(我不是問過你了嗎？你是沒在聽嗎?）遇上非常不專業的行員，除了浪費時間外還有內心幹到爆的無奈！

服務態度不佳！
鈔票破損要換，櫃檯人員竟然說等我五分鐘，有沒搞錯，不是應該放下手邊的工作服務嗎，沒有黏貼請我回去貼好，然後再次過去卻說不是這樣，才拿範本，一開始拿不就好了，要辦理不辦理的，難怪都是負評！

Poor service attitude!
The banknotes were damaged and needed to be replaced. The staff at the counter said that they waited five minutes for me. Isn’t it right that I should put down the work and service at hand? If there is no sticker, please go back and paste it. Then I went over again but said it was not the case. Then I took the template and started with it. It's not enough, if you have to deal with it or not, it's no wonder they are all negative reviews!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 哈哈哈哈跟所有評論寫的一模一樣，真的手腳很慢，態度不差只是要有時間等待的心理準備，上次開戶開了要兩個小時，害我以為開戶都要這麼久，還在多張文件紙筆填寫時代。
這次只是領個卡片可以找1小時找不到，很特別的經驗，所有人都在忙但效率超慢，重點是三點半下班了，全員工在發雞排開始吃雞排哈哈哈啊哈哈哈，笑爛我怎麼這麼荒謬3:40了我還沒拿到我的卡欸，我站起來櫃檯才想起來要做事！
