A male clerk had a very bad attitude. When he went to deposit, he not only yelled at the customer, but also used vulgar and rude words. Wouldn't the quality of the clerk be controlled a little bit? Is it really ok for your professional ethic to vent your anger on customers?

還一直招待插隊的人？還不道歉或是說個不好意思也可以。請問今天1/7號穿灰色背心黑色格子裙的那位小姐都有個年紀了。怎麼先來後到都不知道？會不會太好笑？就一個臨櫃可以辦理，當大家都不急可以被人插隊的嗎？

How come you don’t know how to come first? Is it too funny? Only one counter can be processed. Can someone jump in the queue when everyone is not in a hurry?
