★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務台小姐處理一位客人的case耗時了將近50分鐘都還沒處理好，後面的人等到不耐煩都走了，也沒有看到其他行員來支援處理，真的是太離譜了。
It took nearly 50 minutes for the service desk lady to deal with a customer's case, but the people behind waited until they were impatient and left, and they didn't see other staff to support the handling. It was really outrageous.

This is the sixth lesson star out of six stars. From 9:30 in the morning to 1:30 in the afternoon, it took four hours to open an account, and the efficiency of the counter staff was poor enough.
