原本去開元分行開戶, 櫃檯人員說要等到下午2點, 叫我改用線上預約到永康分行去開戶...說最好9點開門就去。
結果當天9點去跟我說線上預約的人要等電話通知, 是在哈囉？
線上預約完也沒告知說要等電話通知, 讓人大老遠跑去結果浪費了多少時間, 讓人生氣
