開戶前後沒有誇張搞了快三個小時! 細節不闡述! 重點請要開戶的各位三思,行員不一定懂自己的業務範疇! 不用因為行員跟你說申請什麼數位銀行比較快之類的! 不是不體諒行員,但是整個上午時間我們就只看到這個行員只幫兩位服務而已(沒錯,就我與先生在現場,除了我前面一位小姐搞了了快一個半小時穿插叫我們坐旁邊自己上網申請數位銀行外,這位行員根本沒有別的客戶!) 然後終於換我們了!結果~我們等了兩小時後總之數位銀行不能符合我們要的交易方式!! 我們一開始就跟行員說我們需要什麼樣的交易金流!講了至少三次,他們也問了無數次!(洗錢防制法的宣導我明白)我們也很配合的一再說明! 最後呢? 我們還是要再重新辦一次正常櫃位紙本存摺開戶流程! 到底要浪費多少人的時間?! 開戶開三個小時!! 道歉沒有什麼意義 爬文大部分都是效率問題態度問題 基隆兩間合庫都一樣! 基隆人時比較邊緣城鄉居民是不是呢? 為什麼基隆的合庫就這麼差勁!
