非常良好的體驗!各位聽我細細道來。 這次是辦理開戶,這星期已經跑了多趟其他分行、也有一些是致電詢問,非常多間都態度不佳、說預約滿了。本已經對合庫非常失望,以為得放棄找到的工作了,沒想到竟被我看到希望! 好不容易致電到這間,回應態度良好,詢問的回應是他們沒有預約制,但需要到現場直接等候。 一進門在門口接應的男士服務不錯,問清楚我們來的目的後,幫我們抽取正確的號碼牌,然後禮貌確認我年齡、確認有沒有帶足東西(未成年自己開戶需要公司證明單),然後就帶著單子走進服務台幫我詢問確切要等待的時間。 來的時候是中午,和我們大約推定一個時間,也和我們建議可以先去附近吃吃午餐。 和我們約的時間是1:30,竟然1:24就打過來了,完全沒有拖延甚至還提早了!而且10分鐘內打了三通,沒有因為我不小心沒接到電話就直接不受理。 協助辦理的是6號櫃檯黃小姐,從一開始進來就沒讓我感覺到態度不佳,有和我先說大約要花費40分鐘,雖然中途有許多我以外的人來詢問,但她手上的事情其實完全沒有停過,馬上解答別人的小問題也很值得嘉許,不會讓我覺得拖延到我的時間。 也有主動和我提起網路銀行要不要一起開,她一併幫我辦理。 總之,良好的體驗!分享經驗給各位,但我對其他分行還是很失望。?

Useless bank. They gave me an international card that doesn't work. I couldn't take out any money outside of Taiwan. They also can't make a cashier's cheque...making them the most useless bank I've ever dealt with.
