★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由於有了之前二次不好的經驗（1.南京東路自強分行-中午休息時間所以完全無法辦理業務-很瞎。2.內湖的西湖分行說開戶要等40分-1個半小時原因是因為公司電腦系統很慢無法改善）加上網路負評頗高，本人對於這銀行印象實在不好，於是今天中午到公司附近的內湖分行試試，感謝七號櫃台謝筑鈞小姐親切又有效率的服務，不但快速完成（根本不到半小時），從頭到尾也都笑笑的，謝謝您用心的服務，讓我對貴司印象稍加好些，也希望能多些這樣熱情的同仁。謝謝您-謝筑鈞小姐。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他們的ATM 非常莫名奇妙，提款卡插進去完成輸入密碼程序之後就莫名奇妙的顯示停止跨行作業服務，然後就把我的提款卡吃了，之後致電他們&check 我的發卡銀行，按照他們的程序是要將卡片銷毀並重新寄發新的提款卡給我，再次重新開卡，整個超浪費我的時間，這是整人金庫吧？！
Their ATM is very inexplicable. The procedure is to destroy the card and re-send a new ATM card to me, re-open the card again, the whole waste of my time, this is the whole person vault, right? !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶開了40分鐘，幫我開戶的行員，似乎對工作沒有什麼熱情了，我問問題時，她回答得很小聲而且草率帶過，加上中間有隔板，根本聽不太清楚她在說什麼，滿臉疑惑看著她，但她似乎沒有想幫我解惑，本來以為她說話就是這樣，直到她跟隔壁同事在聊天，即使嘴巴不是對著我，中間還是擋著隔板，聊天內容還是被我聽得一清二楚，這個時候我才知道，原來她只是工作倦怠，看了一下時間，今天是禮拜一，難怪會這樣，好吧原諒她吧
