One of the worst and most inefficient banks in Taiwan... It's been rotten to eat public meals. It has been a month since the business was done. The undertaker is still looking for reasons to delay the time. I advise people who need to handle banking business not to come here. One room that will definitely make your liver index soar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不好意思，我知道跨行匯進來的款項還卡在你們的帳款作業，常常都是你們不即時處理，所以我怎麼刷簿子錢都沒進來，不要每次我問，你們都沒去確認就直接回我說是別家銀行還沒匯出來，客人沒這麼好唬弄，早上匯的到下午還沒進來你說這個有可能嗎，並不是每家銀行像你們這麼沒效率ok?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank for foreigners. They told me my Taiwan ARC ( a Taiwan issued ID card) was a “western” card and I couldn’t access my money with it. This ID has a picture of Taiwan in the middle with Chinese writing all over it. How did she think it was a western ID?! Also, my other bank here allows me to use it to even send money overseas, but not at this bank! It was like walking into the 1970’s.
