陪我先生去改地址,總共花了2個多小時, 辦事的員工似乎不知道流程, 要一直去問其他同事, 其他同事感覺也沒有特別忙,也沒有要直接來協助⋯ 如果員工訓練不完整, 麻煩請重新訓練好嗎⋯ 真的沒遇過辦事效率如此慢的銀行行員。 加上要申辦網銀, 銀行人員請我們寫密碼會幫我們輸入密碼後來使用又無法用,打電話至客服卻說不可能幫我們輸入密碼! 我們真的是問號。 還有自己名字順序輸入錯誤又打電話叫我們去銀行修改,我們都不用上班嗎? 當天也去玉山銀行辦理, 他們效率很快, 姓名順序輸入錯誤也是跑到我們家請我們修改簽名。 二家銀行的服務態度及效率真的差很多。

今天去開戶,早上先打電話詢問開戶能預約嗎? 行員就直接跟我約下午1點,提前大約10分鐘到,行員也直接讓我辦,證券戶也一起辦,雖然需要填許多資料,大約1小時辦完,證券戶的行員也非常親切! 來之前先看了評論,原本還有點擔心,但實際上辦開戶與證券戶行員都非常親切!服務很好~~

All I needed to do was change my ID number in their system… It took TWO HOURS. I had to sign and fill in atleast 50 different forms which then had to be stamped by multiple people etc etc. For reference, I did the same information change at E. Sun Bank and it took 15 minutes. Taiwan Cooperative Bank is stuck in the 1970s with the services they offer and their processes. DO NOT use this bank if you can help it.
