工作人員也都很輕切，頂多可能有些新手櫃員比較不熟業務需要有人在旁邊指導，不過也沒有特別拖到時間，其實整體來說還不錯啊～～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給人態度就是只想打發你叫你離開，沒有想幫忙或解決問題。坐在那邊看到人在等他，還慢慢講電話一副不在乎的樣子，給別人等他講到天荒地老。問他問題也只會說不清楚不知道，連差查詢都不願意，只想等你自己離開，反正工作量少一個是一個。
第一次來印象就這麼差，所幸最後去對面富邦辦理，服務人員的工作態度積極有禮貌，合作金庫的服務態度真的是無法跟他們相提並論。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要不是硬要給1顆星才能評論，我連一顆都不會給。辦事效率極度差，系統也非常差，前前後後等了那麽久，也都沒有把事情處理好。爛透了，若不是公司薪轉根本不會使用合作金庫這種操作系統停留在80年代的銀行。更改網絡密碼還要客人跑一趟不然就是要下載軟體，你以爲大家都那麽空閑跑銀行嗎!
