★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟合庫的北寧分行類似,櫃檯人員配置的比較少。我猜想是因為合庫銀行不是以消費者個人為主要生意來源的銀行。
就分行招牌,辦公室佈置,都很整齊,沒有顯露舊,因陋就簡的跡象,應該是生意不錯,而且管理嚴謹的緣故。
就我是消費者而言,比較不會入內辦事。
Similar to Beiku branch of Heku, counter staffing is relatively small. I guess it is because Heku Bank is not a bank that uses consumers as the main source of business.
The signboards of the branches and the layout of the offices are all neat and there are no signs of being old. The signs of being simple because of ugliness should be good business and strict management.
As far as I am a consumer, I'm less likely to do things inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率非常差,櫃臺人員態度倒還不錯,坐在後面的女長官,態度很差,經向服務人員告知反應意見後,不但未處理,還板著臉白眼相向,大行庫讓人失望。
The efficiency was very poor. The counter staff had a good attitude. The female chief sitting behind had a bad attitude. After telling the service staff to respond, they not only did not deal with it, but also faced each other with a straight face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率很慢,電腦一直當機重開,人員訓練很差,給了開戶金融卡,卻沒給初始密碼... 還要主動提醒是不是忘了給.... 真的很令人傻眼!
The efficiency is very slow, the computer keeps restarting, the personnel training is very poor, the account opening financial card is given, but the initial password is not given... You have to take the initiative to remind you whether you forgot to give it... It's really dumbfounded!
