處理速度有夠慢 前面等兩個 每完成一個就和同事聊天 聊天沒錯但是聊個10分鐘再下一組太久了吧 簡單的匯款 明明東西可以先給客人 但是櫃檯人員我不知道是不熟悉還是怎麼樣 一直找東西 明明就在眼前 昏倒處理10分鐘 等員工聊天20分鐘 幸好有在網絡先取號碼牌 不然不知道要等多久

辦定存的女行員服務態度有夠差,我堅持辦定存一直推儲蓄保險還請襄理出來講了快20分鐘,真的是浪費時間,感覺很差

12/24下午兩點半至桃園分行想把數位帳戶轉成有儲簿,先詢問抽號碼的人員是否可以轉變,人員至櫃檯詢問後表示可以,但時間會跟開戶一樣需等待。抽了號碼後等了約20分鐘叫號輪到我,到2號櫃檯表示要申請儲簿卻遭張聰穎小姐不悅地表示現在14:50了我為什麼不早點去辦!她現在辦理我的業務後其它事都不用辦了!講了許多卻沒有要幫我辦理的意思。 因稍早(約莫14號整)已先至其它分行要辦理時,它行保全表示該業務服務台已排滿,才馬上轉至桃園分行詢問能否辦理,該行人員也表示可以才抽號碼等待的卻遭張小姐(責備?)抱怨並不辦理。 後客服致電該分行後襄理(據他人稱呼)出面一直表示是XX分行(稍早去的另間分行)的問題,並問我號碼幾號?是否過號?...(輪到我時,至2號櫃檯被拒辦理,並不是過號好嗎..) 說完要我再重抽號碼重新等待叫號..我到桃園分行時已抽過號碼並等待了20分鐘才輪到我,因張小姐表示辦理我的業務會致其它業務停擺狀況下要我再重新抽號等待?為什麼我要因為妳們的問題再次浪費我時間等待?!且重新等待到我時是否又要被再次抱怨不早點到?!
