我申請薪轉用，拿卡的時候臨櫃詢問約定轉帳及非約定轉帳的事項，跟我說我的可以非約定轉帳，但是金額有限制，結果回到家後發現，連轉帳都不能轉帳！！！又要跑一次處理，真的不知道前一次到底處理什麼回答我什麼！
