D	David Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的非常爛的服務，我cambo信用卡被盜刷，客服要我到離我最近的分行去辦補發。7／23前去辦理，櫃檯小姐先拿錯的資料讓我填，我回家後，下午再告訴我填錯資料要我再一次去銀行重新填寫，我都沒生氣，然後那位櫃檯告訴我等幾天，卡片到時，要我帶印章過去領。。。。。結果，我今天8／2打電話去問，電話一直轉一直轉，等了半小時，都沒人給正確回復……到現在還在等他們回電，你們說，這是銀行嗎？是合作金庫銀行的服務效率嗎？……我明天就把存款全領出來 The service is really bad. My cambo credit card was stolen and the customer service asked me to go to the branch nearest to me to reissue it. I went to apply on 7/23. The lady at the counter first took the wrong information and asked me to fill it in. After I got home, she told me to fill in the wrong information in the afternoon and asked me to go to the bank to fill in again. I was not angry. Then the counter told me Wait a few days, when the card arrives, I will bring my seal to pick it up. . . . . As a result, I called on 8/2 today to ask. The call kept turning. After waiting for half an hour, no one answered correctly... Until now, I am still waiting for them to call back. Do you think this is a bank? Is it the service efficiency of cooperative treasury banks? ...I will take out all the deposits tomorrow

The service desk staff are completely confused. There are also individual and corporate accounts in other Taipei bases of Heku. I have never seen such outrageous ones.
H	Hsiao-Yun Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶外國朋友去開戶，已經坐等一個小時多等櫃員到下一關問主管開戶之後才說未滿19歲之外過人不能開戶，那為什麼要讓我在那邊浪費這麼多時間? 一開始為什麼不先檢查歲數?另之前也有開戶，台北的分行跟我說存摺戶名是中文名字、英文名字可以選擇，但淡水分行跟我說只能用英文名字，所以同一家銀行不同規則??? 愛	愛佳佳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上個月是我第一次來到這裡，遇到的行員真的有點慢吞吞的，趕著上班又緩慢的動作，讓人捏了把冷汗。但是我今天遇到櫃台李岱蓉小姐，她的動作非常的迅速，客氣又有禮貌，辦事伶俐又快速，讓趕時間的我省了不少心，本來提前到就是怕又弄很久，ㄧ樣的事情辦完了，多了好多時間，可以悠閒的去上班，雖然很多負評，但是我的五星是給李岱蓉小姐的。 Last month was the first time I came here, and the staff I encountered were really slow, rushing to work and moving slowly, which made people sweat.
