D	Danny Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一早到「北新竹分行」，抽了號碼牌排隊，也等了30分鐘，櫃台人員回覆：要預約才能開戶，今日全部排滿了要去其他分行辦理，我希望銀行可以協助預約轉到其他分行也不被接受。請假浪費了時間，抽號碼牌排隊還不被受理開戶。已經事前上網查詢備齊相關證件。抽號碼牌等待也沒有告訴客戶要預約，櫃台人員也不會協助客戶轉其他分行辦理，一整個感覺非常不舒服，希望管理者能好好改善。
