★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5號櫃台林雅慧脫口罩跟客戶聊天，整間分行動作超慢。11/12發現11號也很愛脫口罩跟客戶聊天講電話。11/19蔡雅涵（9號）滑手機不叫號明明就只剩我一個也不叫號處理，趕時間的人去別的分行吧！
 Lin Yahui at counter No. 5 took off her mask and chatted with customers, but the whole branch moved very slowly. On 11/12, it was discovered that No.11 also likes to take off his mask and chat with customers on the phone. 11/19 Cai Yahan (No. 9) slipped the phone and didn't call the number. Obviously I was the only one who didn't call the number. Those in a hurry should go to another branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 合作金庫商業銀行算是老字號銀行，很難說要給幾個星星，現在有實體分行的就算不錯啊，以後不知道這些實體分行回不會消失，不過最近大手筆編列預算汰換了ATM機器，值得讚揚哦。
Cooperative Bank Commercial Bank is a time-honored bank. It is difficult to say that it has to give a few stars. Now it’s good to have physical branches. I don’t know if these physical branches will not disappear in the future. However, they have recently made a large budget to replace ATM machines. It is commendable. .

一年前就已經更改手機號碼
竟然只改銀行沒改網銀
浪費了一小時20分鐘
傻眼的老派銀行
要不是薪轉戶
絕對不會來這家銀行

On the afternoon of January 17, 2022, I called the No. 9 switchboard of Zhonghe Branch and asked for a new banknote. The middle-aged female staff answered the call. She was a little impatient, and the service level could not be compared with that of a bank. It is also a state-owned bank, and the financial industry is a service industry. 匯款有誤 當日已返程修改一次
離開後 又撥電話來想詢問能否再返回改一次
年後返回修改 等待一小時的時間 也不懂得讓客人先填表格資料
這種不專業的人是怎麼混進去合庫的
Counter No. 10 of your branch has poor ability and way of doing things ?

平常有名的..網銀不好用 或動作慢就算了
久久沒來
一次三台ATM機器新的,
重點✔️可以補摺!!!!
外加一台補摺機, 整個超方便
沒人時一次刷三本,超快!!!
(還好沒被當車手??)
速度快也不會被莫名白眼
