★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場明明可以辦理開戶，還一直強迫下載app，一樣的問題一問再問！都說沒有其他銀行帳戶了是要怎麼線上開戶，還請什麼專人服務，結果還不是一樣不行，多此一舉！
想衝app業績不是這樣幹的啦！請你們辦理個人帳戶活期儲蓄存款用一下說要預約時間一下又說不用！你們說詞不先討論好嗎！互相推卸還互打臉，有時間搞笑，沒時間幫忙開戶！
服務台戴眼鏡的先生更沒禮貌！一直打斷別人說話，還扯什麼自己今天很忙沒空！事後請人事同事洽詢還掛人家電話，真的很火大！
想浪費時間跟體驗一早就一肚子火推薦這裡喔！((給五星

今天遇到的櫃員很棒 態度很好～也很親切
希望每次來都可以讓這位林先生幫忙辦理
（只有4顆星，是因為上次特別請假去開戶，某櫃員態度很。。。，氣得我回家後連網路銀行密碼都忘了）
還好這次這次這位林先生 幫忙辦理好了???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務真的很糟糕,開個數位帳戶手機一直被拿走，我自己也會點為啥都不經過同意直接幫我操作手機，共同行銷也直接設同意，我說不同意說這樣股票無法同時設定，所以辦了也沒用。乖乖用玉山就好了。離職後一定立馬把錢移空。怒
