去另一個合庫分行還遇到更好笑的事：客戶（我要開新戶），櫃台（我現在很忙，明天再來）,客戶（我來第二次了）,櫃台（沒辦法耶，明天一定幫你辦）,當時候等客戶不超過3位，當天時間14：30！
The service is super poor. There are 14 people in front of me and I didn’t open a window. I waited for more than an hour before my turn. Many people complained. Almost every time I went, I didn’t improve. Library!
I went to another Heku branch and encountered even more ridiculous things: customer (I want to open a new account), counter (I am very busy now, come back tomorrow), customer (I'm here for the second time), counter (no way) , I will help you tomorrow), no more than 3 customers are waiting at the time, at 14:30 that day!
