人員服務態度非常的官僚 , 窗口只開兩三個在服務作業,其他窗口不知在做什麼。

12/15到貴行辦理業務,等了將近半小時,期間只有3、4號櫃在叫號辦理。 而1、2號櫃近半小時都沒有叫號。 好不容易2號櫃終於動了,剛好是處理到我,我就好奇問一下,怎麼那麼久都沒叫號? 該名李姓女行員竟然態度很差的回覆我,我們手邊都有很多工作要忙 不是只要處理客人 要離開時 還聽到他跟隔壁的阿姨說甚麼心有夠累的 拜託 心累的是等很久的我吧!

非常不專業。一件事情可以做好的,九如合庫就要叫你跑很多趟,當你來的時候,專員又外出,辦理事務都不會解釋,亂辦一通,行員自己辦什麼業務也不知道不會事前告知說明,上上下下都一樣,這家如果有業績都是用洗的,因為後續問題很多,非常非常不推薦,進來包你採地雷。

作業流程有極大瑕疵。當天一早9點開門要開戶,抽號碼牌到櫃檯,竟然跟我說今天無法開戶,說有團體預約開戶了,啥鬼東西,一大早來講這種比扯鈴還扯的鬼話。(還特地請假來辦...) 吵到主管聽到過來才讓我開戶,貴行開戶還要預約,真高級。要不是大樓管理費改從這裡轉帳,我死都不會來這開戶,後來看櫃台有張小立牌我拍照了(如圖) 原來生意好到預約開戶名額已滿,官股銀行果然是不缺業績,如果這樣以後也就都不要開門,大家也都不用去現場開戶存錢了,除非像我這種必須要去的才去被氣一下。一開門就說不能開戶,後來我搞了1小時20分快10點半才走,也還沒看到貴行說的團體來開戶,果然跟民營銀行差很多不須要業績,見識到了,或許又是有奧運選手光環的加持,更不用理會市井小民,都特地請假來還講這鬼話,貴行的作業流程、教育訓練實在有待加強。 後來承辦的人員態度還OK就勉強熄了怒火,讓牠慢慢用。

Hard to communicate in English, but very nice, helpful staff. They take way too long to do a transaction. I was there for two hours trying to close my account and send money home.
