光是領個錢就要十幾分鐘。
如果是處理事情就要先等十幾分鐘，然後在櫃檯還要等幾十分鐘，有夠誇張欸。去這裡簡直是浪費時間，去一趟就花了你快一個小時，是不用處理其他的事情膩。
我去辦張卡跟你說了要線上支付，還說會通知拿卡。結果等了好幾個禮拜都沒消息，去問的時候卡片明明就好了啊！而且卡片還只是感應式金融卡！
在辦卡的過程中，因為工作人員的疏失，還害我跑了好幾趟。
