我知道銀行的人每天都很忙，尤其是換零錢的櫃台，常常就是要換零錢說沒有就算了，但是我的下幾個客人詢問卻有得換，我還站在那，要換別人不換我也看我走了沒！換不換零看心情的，態度也是看心情，我可以體諒服務業的辛苦，但我也相信以這家的服務態度及方式會讓很多客戶都不爽

However, the next few customers inquire about it but they can change it. I am still standing there and want to change someone else. Change me and see if I'm gone! Whether you change or not depends on your mood, your attitude depends on your mood. I can understand the hardship of the service industry, but I also believe that the attitude and method of this service will make many customers unhappy.

The processing speed is super slow. I waited for more than 30 minutes before jumping on the 1st and 2nd. There were still a bunch of people waiting at 3:30, and the staff would not speed up. It was really a standard public servant mentality.
