很沒效率 明明還有人在等但卻「一直跟客戶聊天」 後方等的人都聽的一清二楚! 好不容易等到 但因為是開戶又是另一個櫃檯, 那不如當初拿號就先說明一下, 且當場的義工還「搶在」客人前面去跟辦事員聊天!白目至極⋯ 終於到7號櫃檯開戶了, 先被還被身家調查 強迫存款一千元⋯ 說政府規定開戶如何如何的, 還說市區來中和開戶幹嘛⋯ 辦事人無理之外可以說是白x, 雖然我住台北市但來中和比較近阿⋯ 辦事員還說華中橋下橋還有另外一間, 意思是不要來他這間 我簡直⋯ 又一直強調說「沒地緣關係不能開戶⋯」 又說不出什麼地緣是啥⋯ 合作金庫辦事員有什麼權利去說這些話⋯ 2017年開過台北市的永豐、新光都沒那麼囉嗦 最後花了40分鐘還是開成了 還強調是給我破例⋯ooxx 走時還說不能有不法用途會有民事刑事 最後真的受不了問姓許的辦事員,為何你把開戶的當壞人呢⋯? 他又拿國家來說事⋯ 整個無奈⋯ 銀行不去審核開戶人資料卻用國家藉口威脅開戶人⋯ 有沒有投訴電話啊

行員雅*及臨櫃的年輕妹妹完全不了解作業流程,明明可以且應該由合庫協助更正的錯誤硬是推給他行,導致我在兩家銀行間往返數次,造成時間的浪費不說也差點無法在需求時間內取得款項,所幸最後在比較有經驗的襄理協助之下才解決問題,我不客氣的說貴行教育訓練完全不及格。
