★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午休時間去辦約定轉帳等等業務，辦理的櫃檯行員很親切地解說令人驚豔。一改我既有對官方銀行負面印象，要是合庫其他家分行還真不敢恭維。就是連線電腦系統一直當，櫃檯小姐也很有耐心一直說抱歉。
希望合庫整個連線資訊系統有所改善，不然客戶跟行員真的都會無言。
