I was told I only needed my ARC number (because my ARC was also lost) and passport. I returned with the needed documents then I was told it was "policy" that they needed a physical ARC. And then the clerk told me it would take over a week!! to get a new card. No service industry should ever have "policy" that goes against helping a customer. Especially when it is a bank and denying a customer access to their money.
