★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務爛，效率差，開個戶讓人等一個下午也沒開成功，數位帳戶也是一個垃圾系統，申請三次都沒有成功，浪費我一個下午的時間。
 The service is bad and the efficiency is poor. It makes people wait an afternoon to open an account and it fails to open. The digital account is also a rubbish system. I have not succeeded in applying for three times, wasting my time in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務台都沒人在做事 啊前面還有三個預約的人 現場到的人要等3個小時 酷喔這個辦事效率?? 而且每個人都慢慢來 客人的時間不是時間啊^_^ 誰有時間陪你耗 傻眼 看到評分都在罵你們我就滿足了：）一家銀行可以經營成這樣也是不簡單 這種態度跟效率還可以營業那麼久 太猛了??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門口服務人員是請來跟警察聊天的，聊完天人就不見了，連要問問題都沒地方問！服務人員是服務警察還是服務需要處理業務的人？服務台從頭到尾一個人影都沒有⋯明明沒什麼人！中午特地請假出來搞了一個小時開戶都沒開到！
The service staff at the door were invited to chat with the police. After the chat, the gods disappeared, and there was no place to ask questions! Is the service person serving the police or the person who needs to handle the business? There was no one at the service desk from beginning to end...obviously no one! I specially asked for leave at noon to open an account for an hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率有夠差，不知道櫃員到底再拖什麼，辦理一個人可以辦理這麼久。我都等了快2個小時，再3個就輪到我了，竟然叫我回家不要等了明天再來。有夠傻眼?

前面剛從附近的台灣企銀過來，抽到差不多的號碼，抬頭一看還要等20個人！？同樣時間人家服務了多少人！效率差太多了吧！
