今天在最左邊長頭髮的一個女的櫃檯辦網銀,感覺是新人的樣子,問得問題很多都答不出來就算了
服務態度消極懶散,一付那種老娘就領那一點錢沒有必要服務太好認真的感覺
辦到後來直接轉頭跟其他行員說話,把我至少晾在櫃檯超過三分鐘,我感覺自己像空氣一樣.....
女櫃員好像是姓「江」
倒是幫助他的男櫃員專業親切有禮貌
絕對有需要再教育.......

靠 等了一個月再去 跟我說英文名字不正確
