★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期存款櫃檯中午休息（？）就沒人理了，檯面也沒有說休息或是請洽其他櫃檯處理，就放空。
鼻子摸摸去抽號碼排隊還被嫌：妳這個要去隔壁櫃檯處理，小姐，妳隔壁那個位置已經10多分鐘沒有人了，你會看不到？
第二次中午來還是一樣，前面的大哥站在定期存款櫃檯前面不知道多久了，都沒有人理他，火大直接去旁邊櫃檯問，才有人淡淡的講，那個誰，你處理一下……
這種服務方式，真的是再也不想來了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進去，櫃檯男性說「你要做什麼」，連稱呼先生，請問您之類的話都省略了。接著說「前面還有兩位再等，會等很久喔」，我說好就坐下來，櫃檯男性又說了，「你住哪裡」我說北投，對方又說：「可能要等一個多小時喔」有不歡迎的意味，哇咧!才兩人要等一個多小時，真沒效率，要不是配合榮總的需要，我才不要來開戶咧！
這樣的銀行還能有競爭力？服務的品質有待提升。
