★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差，下班趕去開戶，等了大概15分鐘，感覺還好，結果通知要辦的業務要一小時，無法辦理，請明天再來，可能接近他們下班時間不想幫我辦吧，都可接受，但要離開前居然還問我為何辦開戶，而且關你們何事?跟我提到洗錢法，那請問我是非本人來辦的嗎，如果我真要開戶來洗錢，會老實跟你們說? 覺得莫名其妙，也管太多了吧
The service attitude is poor. I rushed to open an account after work. I waited for about 15 minutes. I felt okay. However, I was informed that the business to be done took an hour and couldn’t be processed. Please come back tomorrow. Maybe they don’t want to help me when they are off work. Accepted, but before I left, I asked me why I opened an account and what does it matter to you? Tell me about the money laundering law, so may I do it in person? If I really want to open an account to launder money, will I honestly tell you? I feel inexplicable, too much care too
