★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 合作金庫本身的網路銀行超級難用，憑證機制複雜，Google Chorme瀏覽器的驅動根本無法安裝，使用率超低，就算設定約定轉帳，想網路作業還要購買實體憑證卡片！
而現場又人力不足，櫃檯常態只有3-4個開放，常常排隊到10-20個人以上；且人員的效率跟速度有待加強，與其輪值引導的服務人員，還不如把人力挪去開一個櫃檯！
不明白為什麼都不補人，要不是公開使用的公司戶難以移轉早已換銀行，真的很後悔用合庫當公司戶頭！

I don't understand why they don't make up for people. If it wasn't for the public use of the company's account, it would be difficult to transfer and have already changed banks. I really regret using Heku as a company account!
