Local staff is pretty friendly and helpful but if you go there during your lunch break (unless you want to take time off from work), that place is crowded and clerks very busy (kind of feel sorry for them - look pretty tired. Once saw a clerk literally running with his lunch box for his break, only to come back ten minutes later to keep working...) Much better online and ATM services at Mega Bank.
