如果有要來這裡保保險一定要找他
因為防疫保單被通知要重新寫資料
當時是由高雄分部的支援人員協助服務的
人到達現場的時候雖有服務人員接待
可是完全不關心到底是什麼問題需要修改
是余先生出來告知要如何處理
過程中沒有任何的不耐煩讓人感覺良好
離開前和余先生要名片
希望未來有保單需求可以請他服務
旁邊的服務人員卻一直跟他說
「留那個人的就好不要留你的啦」
好像我們除了防疫保單之外不會有其他需求一樣
那種感覺真的非常非常差勁
我可以了解每個保險員有各自的客戶範圍
那個推來推去沒有要幫忙處理的感覺真的很不好
建議大家如果要保該公司的保險
一定要找余和洲副科長!!
