無法詢問到電話,只能留電話,何時回電,也不知道
轉接其他同事,也因案件進度,只有該承辦才會知道,因此無法查詢
堂堂一家公司,總機居然不知道業務外出電話,公司制度這樣,也是滿神奇的,對於該承辦才會知道案件的說法,也是不能苟同
目前已經是2022年了,我是跟貴公司簽約,並非跟該承辦簽約,難道沒有電腦這總東西嗎?難道承辦離職後,所有資訊都中斷?
正常外出不是會有職務代理嗎?
貴公司的服務流程,是不是有有什麼問題呢?
