I think the CEO of the company is improved with many things, like they changed some roofs, and made the temperature cool down, repair the leaking roof, offer the free meal boxes to the people who worked overtime, offer the aprons, masks, gloves, tissues, and handwashing fluid. ?? There are some leaders helped me to resolve some problems. But there are still some elder people that bullying some other people, they also be bad examples to teach some Filipinos with some students said the dirty words very often. I gave the company's score 4.2 stars, the leader's score 3.8-4.2 stars, the employee's score 2.5-3.5 stars. The total score will be 3.5 stars. Chinese New Year is coming soon, so I hope our CEO and leaders will keep change some roofs, and make temperatures cool down. Especially they can do that in packing department, because I had heat stroke in summer time!? Besides, I hope that we can have enough materials to use in the future. Therefore we can finish packing faster!? I found out that there is a problem that bothered me for a while, therefore I hope leaders can express this opinion with their superiors, that is, when we work overtime on Saturdays, sometimes company offer the lunch boxes for us who are working overtime from 8:00AM~12:00PM, and sometimes there don't offer lunch boxes. I have been working here for over five months. There were some supervisors who helped me with some issues. But there are still some elders who bully others, they also set a bad example and teach some Filipinos and some students to swear frequently. I rate the company 4.2 stars, supervisors 3.8-4.2 stars, and employees 2.5-3.5 stars. (Total score will be 3.5 stars.) The Lunar New Year is approaching, so I hope our presidents and supervisors will continue to make some roof changes to cool the temperature. Especially they can do this in the packaging department because I have a heat stroke in the summer! Beyond that, I hope we'll have enough material to use in the future.
