★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外觀漂亮的高等法院，讓人不勝唏噓，因為部分法官對具有專業性案件的專業知識及經驗不足，讓美麗的外表下暗藏許多盲點，徒增案件審查的困難，但我相信這是案件分配的問題，不合理的案件分配無法讓民眾對司法產生信任，當然專業性的法官不足，也徒增分配的困難度。
建議為彌補法官的專業性不足，可派專業的公會陪審，以增加案件的公正性及效率。
 The beautiful appearance of the High Court is very embarrassing, because some judges have insufficient professional knowledge and experience in professional cases, so many blind spots are hidden under the beautiful appearance, which increases the difficulty of case review, but I believe this is the case allocation. The problem is that the unreasonable distribution of cases cannot make the people trust the judiciary. Of course, the lack of professional judges also increases the difficulty of distribution.
It is suggested that in order to make up for the lack of professionalism of judges, professional guild jurors can be sent to increase the fairness and efficiency of the case.
