另外站務人員沒有吸煙區嗎？直接放個菸筒在禁止吸煙旁邊是。。。。。？還有人直接在那邊抽起來

Also, is there no smoking area for station staff? Put a chimney directly next to no smoking. . . . . ? Someone else just smoked it over there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中高鐵「公車轉運站」是我遇過公車路線訊息最糟的，縱使後來增加資訊牆，看起來也是一團亂，本來好心情都爲了找路線和車號搞到火大。竟然許多乘客跟我一樣在這看了半天仍看不懂公車班次和詳細路線，大家還互問該搭哪班車？資訊牆排版凌亂又沒邏輯，甚至有排班計程車司機好心詢問大家，要去哪？他可以告訴我們可搭什麼公車！
走到外面看似整齊的公車站牌，卻作用力很弱。哪台車會停靠哪個牌子，你必須盡快找到對的站牌；以每隻站牌上面的訊息「慢慢輪播」並呈現不同的號碼和公車路線，還有中英文交錯「慢慢」播放⋯⋯我想高鐵公車站如要國際化，仍有待加強！參考別的國家或縣市公車站牌訊息表達的方式，更貼近乘客需求！
