Some of the doctors and nurses are not accommodating. Very discriminating, why do they treat OFW like that. We also pay for insurances, taxes and hospital bills, it’s not free. They should treat us fairly!

I went here several times (emergency department and health certificate for ARC). The staff is friendly, knows what they are doing and is very efficient, even speaks a bit of English though I recommend bringing a chinese speaker to help with the forms. Parking has improved in the last years. Before it was very difficult to find parking, now it is much easier.

Some nurses and doctors are not friendly.. especially to us foreign workers from asian country. Sometimes we can feel the discrimination. We fairly pay our insurances and pay for our own medical bills.

Some nurses are not friendly, very discriminating and rude attitude especially for asian foreign workers. I'm calling the attention of this hospital's management for this matter.

I called for a PCR based COVID-19 test and they asked for 12,600 TWD as 23th June 2021. It is a scam, when I asked to change test to antigen based, which they claim is for 2,500 TWD, they bragged that they do not have enough slots open for the test. It is obvious that they just want to rob people with this ridiculous COVID-19 tests. It is shame they rob people at the very center of Taiwan. I will do whatever I can to urge related Health administrators to punish their unlawful attitude.

Unfriendly to Infants: Around 1 pm on July 28, 2021, my husband, my 65 year old mother, and I brought our 1-year-old infant to do the PCR test in the Taoyuan Airport. The airport staff had notified the doctor "Luo Jin Xiang" (羅錦祥) of the Landseed International Hospital (聯新國際醫院) an hour before we arrived at the outdoor testing center. However, when we showed up at the site, not only the doctor didn't show up, the nurses didn't allow the baby to wait inside the building. After waiting for 30 minutes, the doctor still didn't show up and when my husband asked the nurses when the doctor would show up, the nurses responded they had no clue. Since it was hot at noon outside, our infant was sweating and itchy due to atopic dermatitis. My son kept crying and rolling on the floor, while waiting for the doctor. Again, my husband asked the medical staff if our baby could return to the airport to wait. The medical staff insisted on waiting until the doctor came. While waiting, a worker came to replace the signs with superglue, and we were surrounded by a really bad chemical odor. Eventually, Dr. Luo Jin Xiang came. Since the doctor had no name tag, we asked the doctor for his name. The doctor refused to give his name, embraced his arms on his chest, tilting his head and eyes for a while. During the conflict, the airport staff reported the incident to the police. A policeman came to yell at our 65-year-old handicapped mother who was sitting on a wheelchair waiting in the lobby of the airport. After a while, the doctor finally agreed to give his name so that we could report the incident. The hospital replied us with a threat.

Great attention and service. However the emergency room (at least) has a very serious problem with mosquitoes.

I visit my co worker who is confined in here. Lack of signage and direction information. Finding a parking space for a scooter is a bit hard.
