台壽感覺像中小型公司，外觀跟內部服務中心感覺差很大。

語氣非常沒耐心 詢問相關條約在第幾頁
很隨便的回答第一頁的第二條或第三條
但是我並未找到相關資訊 反覆確認幾次依舊沒找到
最後還是掛電話後我自行找到相關條約的
受不了這種服務態度 這通電話有打跟沒打一樣
做保險的麻煩不要收了錢就好像不用顧後續服務品質
即使您不是我的業務專員 也請給予一個好的服務態度
而不是敷衍了事 問任何問題都是：嗯嗯嗯嗯嗯嗯
聽得出來您想馬上掛電話 感覺極差
