2022/02/27(日) ?筒仔米糕 $30 ?四神湯 $30 ?蛤仔湯 $30 點了筒仔米糕、四神湯及蛤仔湯來嚐鮮,米糕算是粒粒分明但稍軟的口感,調味很均勻有味道,上方有淋上醬汁及一旁有香菜做點綴還蠻不錯的。湯的部分,四神湯料很多,但調味稍淡了點,相較下比較推蛤仔湯,湯頭很濃郁??

The rice cakes have distinct grains but slightly soft taste. The seasoning is very even and flavorful. The sauce is poured on top and the coriander on the side is not bad. of. For the soup part, there are a lot of ingredients in the Sishen soup, but the seasoning is a little light. Compared to the next, I recommend the clam soup. The soup is very rich ??

The rice pudding/ rice cake is a snack made with glutinous rice, mushroom and pork. It's one of the traditional street food in Taiwan. People usually steam a lot at a time in a metal drawer/ steamer. It tastes better with some soy sauce or sweet chili sauce on it.
