After 8 weeks of MBSR, in the advanced course, I feel that my inner state has entered a deeper level of peace. I need to take care of myself first, and then I can love and maintain relationships with quality. I hope that I can maintain righteous thoughts at all times, like being in a calm deep sea, unaffected by all kinds of stormy waves on the sea.

I would like to thank Mr. Chen Dezhong for his two-day long-distance teaching leadership. His profound internalization and integration of multiple perspectives have allowed me to have a broader understanding of what righteousness is. I am deeply admired and benefit a lot. I am very happy that I have made the choice to understand mindfulness, so that I can meet the wise Zhenxing teacher and the sincere and honest Dezhong teacher. Learning in a systematic way and continuous daily practice, returning to yourself and your inner self, firmly rooted, and taming your long-term fast-turning mind, are the biggest gains I have gained after contacting mindfulness :) Recommended for anyone who wants to improve or enhance their quality of life Friends can also give themselves a chance ❤️
