在急診也沒說什麼時候結果會出來 所以打去總機問 總機態度超差 也沒說大概幾小時會出來 只說沒有就是還沒出來 他們量太大
跟我差不多時間去的8小時就收到了⋯

From the registration to the return consultation after discharge, every administrative and medical staff member was polite, careful and patient! Thank you very much for having this hospital :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上週三PCR結果一直到剛才才出來，而且是我打去基隆衛生局詢問，才發現院方根本沒有上傳資料，且快易通上的採檢日期還是錯的。衛生局與院方互相推諉責任。
採檢當日現場毫無次序可言亂成一團，基隆市政府可以加加油嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小孩跌倒，急診第一時間判斷沒問題，2天後告知骨裂，只好先到其他醫院打石膏，後續卻不同意申請診斷證明，因為是不同醫生，但有X光數據，從數據上看卻說這不一定是骨裂（骨折），X光是礦工照的，也是礦工通知骨裂，後續又說不一定是骨折。

想想也是啦，評價好不好也不關那位小姐的事。反正醫院又不是他家開的。
When is no one in the emergency department declaring sovereignty? Especially the plump lady in the emergency room? ! Brush presence?
If you think about it, it doesn't matter if the evaluation is good or not. Anyway, the hospital is not opened by his family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話詢問掛號，總機林小姐態度超惡劣，說人員四點就下班了，我詢問早上幾點可以打電話，她說九點，最好三點前打不然大家要下班，然後開始不耐煩吼人，說反正就你方便的時間啦，我說什麼叫做我方便，我只是問你幾點可聯絡？對方就掛掉電話…！ 但還有尚未詢問的事情，再次打去問他姓名，她說姓林，開始裝死說剛剛很客氣，是我先兇她。我說你們很誇張跟網路上的傳聞一樣不耐煩，態度惡劣。對方竟說那你可以考慮不要來啊，我們電話都有錄音，最後我說，你憑什麼不耐煩兇人啊，對方又掛電話了！
礦工醫院不愧是末日醫院，一堆不堪用的毒瘤，真的爛到極點

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫護人員我們是很尊重，我如果給檢體是我不清楚的行程，我不能確認詢問嗎？直接回答我把檢體丟掉，我再次問是丟掉嗎？他再一次很大聲說丟掉丟掉，急診室的護士態度會這麼差，我對醫護人員都很尊重，第一次遇到這麼失格的
今由基隆市衛生局了解，在我提供檢體是要由醫生判別往上呈報，但今天只是一名急診室護理師看我檢體就說丟掉，連衛生局人員都表示程序錯誤，我會透過疾病管制署了解做法，再想請施姓護理師解釋直接要我丟掉檢體也沒提供給醫師的做法是否失職。
