台灣牛牛肉麵位在台東太麻里台9線上，台9線是南部遊客至台東必經之地，很多人都會將這裡當作休息站，我們提供了非常大的停車場和乾淨的洗手間。當初老闆為了籌4個女兒的學費到處打工最後賣起了牛肉麵，因此這間店有四學士姊妹的名號。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the most fresh and delicious noodles i have eaten in the whole of taiwan. and it only gets 3.3 on the reviews??? t proves that taiwan people simply do not care about good food. this restaurant uses fresh noodles, fresh tomatoes, fresh ingredients, real tender beef like we love it in Europe - still a gastronomy paradise you know.. -. Taiwan people. For the love of God, come here and enjoy the food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large restaurant with fast, efficient service. It's in a great location and has a large carpark. It's the best place to stop after crossing from the west coast to the east coast if you need a break and are hungry. I recommend the beef and tomato noodles. Only gave it four stars because it is a bit more expensive than other noodle restaurants.
