排骨酥麵好吃 排骨很入味 他們家的麵不是一般的油麵 筍子很入味~ 骨仔肉很嫩 ~ 鵝肉也嫩~

滷肉飯部分,飯偏乾硬的類型,滷汁是不錯的膠質很夠都會牽絲那種。排骨酥湯的部分,湯頭個人覺得還好,蒸籠內取出一小碗倒入大碗內,原汁不多的關係還有放別的湯混合,為了加重味道,在後面調味的部分不夠精準到位。排骨酥因為已經炸過湯裡頭油脂是很「夠」的。這家感覺也有主打鵝肉)?下次如果有機會再嘗試
