金暖位於霞雲溪下游，海拔400公尺以下，利於稻田耕作，聚落沿著溪流建置，是霞雲村的前哨部落，部份居民以開餐廳為業，是野營烤肉的好去處。

交通資訊
開車：可經由北部橫貫公路進入復興鄉，在霞雲橋附近轉桃112線流霞道路，不久即可抵達金暖部落。
公車：可搭乘桃園客運[大溪-復興-霞雲村]班車，於金暖站下車即可到達。

Jinshang is located in the lower reaches of Xiayun River, below 400 meters above sea level, which is conducive to rice paddy farming. The settlement is built along the stream. It is the outpost tribe of Xiayun Village. Some residents use restaurant as a good place to camp barbecue.

Traffic information
By car: You can enter Fuxing Township via the Trans-Highway in the north, turn to the Xia Road on the 112th line near Xiayun Bridge, and you will soon arrive at the Jinwen Tribe.
Bus: You can take the Taoyuan Passenger Transport [Daxi-Fuxing-Xiayun Village] shuttle bus and get off at Jinwen Station.
