★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 司機打電話 我沒接到 我回播給司機 也不接 上網查貨 他送的前幾天系統上顯示聯絡不上（這個我認了） 但到禮拜六 我又上網查 竟然顯示無人在家 明明家裡一直都有人 你司機沒按門鈴 還顯示無人在家 真是令人傻眼 也只有你們才會做的出這種事 宅配通真的很爛 爛死了

但根本沒有未接來電而且家裡一直都有人
根本沒按門鈴
打電話給客服說要改收件人電話
客服還要求必須由「寄件方」通知
我們收件人不能自行變更電話？
什麼爛規定 這是我本人的包裹我不能變更電話
要求他們重新配送也一直推來推去
總之就是我遇過最爛的物流
要不是我網購的賣家跟這間配合我才不會用這間物流
客服處理速度真的很慢
又不會變通
