也完全找不到地方可以查詢跟詢問的
客服電話完全放好看的沒有通過
貴公司真的可以關門了
難怪現在一堆電商不跟你們合作
實在是爛到爆炸！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超過指定時段一小時才打電話，再次投遞要三天後，還不能指定時間，那設置時段的意義是什麼？運費一百塊我寧願拿去沖馬桶。
工作用具的公司只和宅配通合作真的很糟糕，黑貓的服務好多了，至少禮貌又準時。
客服如果永遠忙線，也沒必要設置了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各營業所沒有電話可以直接查詢訂單配送事宜，公司只有一線客服電話，而且是02台北的電話，整個宅配通只有一線客服專線，唉！太扯了。打進去就一直在round客服人員忙線中請不要掛斷，6 7分鐘接通後，說要配送人員回話，也是空等，唉！又怕到貨時人不在，真是浪費時間和金錢。

因為疫情所以不能入內，服務鈴按了馬上有美女來詢問接洽，因為拿取的物品很重，還想幫忙推貨品到車邊。
在等待取貨期間，有一位員工路過，也詢問是否需要幫助。
從停車之後，詢問了司機『營業處在哪？』
到達營業處之後接觸的兩位美女，大家態度跟回答都非常親切。
一點都沒有感受到其他人說的，態度差或是愛理不理跟其餘問題。
之後決定也來這裡領貨，態度好還有美女看，有什麼不好的。
