改一下已經延遲快一個禮拜了,還是客服不通

大家都車到進出,庭院小門根本沒人會走,我在那等就沒看到鄰居進出、拿貨出來!
到底哪來的鄰居?憑什麼沒經過同意就隨意將包裹亂寄存,還掛電話?
你公司要多血汗是你們的事,不該用白爛的做事態度影響到別人?爛死了!!!!

開箱發現送錯貨立刻打客服還用膠帶黏回去
客服超久才有人接
然後司機來換貨的時候
還態度不好問我你已經開箱了喔
我說對
他說那你東西有沒有都放回去
明白確認是對的但態度可以好一點吧
事後客服回電確認向他反應司機態度
客服雖然道歉但居然還回我:阿你沒有確認名字就拆喔
整個大傻眼,我怎麼知道簽收單對的貨會錯
而且東西這麼大件司機下貨也不見得把名字貼條放在最上方
職業關係一天要收無數件貨就宅配通的態度最差客服最難打

周四臨時收到司機的電話,因故無法當天收貨, 但當場就與司機就改約周五! 隔天早上與司機連絡, 司機也確認可當日下午送達。 但到了下午司機又打電話告知,貨物不在車上, 需下周才能派送。又說急的話,可親自去站所自取! 問客服電話,還說自行網上搜尋! 一付雙手一攤、自己沒有錯的樣子!! 真的很糟的態度!
