客服完全打不進去
司機不知道都去哪鬼混
已經延誤收件1天 隔天還是沒來收
也完全找不到地方可以查詢跟詢問的
客服電話完全放好看的沒有通過
貴公司真的可以關門了
難怪現在一堆電商不跟你們合作
實在是爛到爆炸！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 司機很少會按電鈴，趕時間，打個電話，沒接就閃人了，明明家裡就有人，請不到人，都用外包人力，配送品質很差。
聽說宅配通唯一的優點是，中餐跟晚餐，都是跟宵夜一起吃，省錢，一個月可以瘦十公斤???
 Drivers rarely ring the bell. They are in a hurry, make a phone call, and flash someone if they don’t answer. There is someone at home, but if no one is invited, they all use outsourced labor, and the delivery quality is very poor.
I heard that the only advantage of home delivery is that Chinese food and dinner are eaten together with supper, saving money and losing ten kilograms in a month???

就是收不到貨
不知道怎麼聯絡才會來實體店問
結果 叫我自己查電話？
服務真的是非常的差
拜託一下請訓練好前線人員
經過這件事對宅配通印象極差
連一顆星都不想給????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「感謝留守的人員」，在打給總機詢問後留下電話告知明天據點上班時間會回覆，原本系統顯示年假到2點，我已經過時了，卻在半個小時內接到回覆電話，並告知我5點前可以前往服務據點領取。真是欣喜萬分！現場的人員很快速的讓我取得包裹。
網路購物的經驗有時不盡人意，特別在年假期間..我想並不然…謝謝宅配通 ：）
"Thank you to those who stayed behind." After calling the switchboard, he left a phone number and told the base that he would reply during working hours tomorrow. The system originally showed that the annual leave was at 2 o'clock, but I was out of date, but I received a reply call within half an hour and told me I can pick it up at the service center before 5:00. What a joy! The people on site quickly let me get the package.
The experience of online shopping is sometimes unsatisfactory, especially during the annual vacation.. I don't think so... Thank you Home Delivery :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上mono買東西，momo這次購買是宅配通負責送，然後等了一整天包裹，物流人員竟然商品顯示送達未遇到，笑死，完全沒聯絡欸，請問沒聯絡要怎麼收包裹，是車子開過去就代表送達嗎？配送人員水準真的有夠差，難怪評價一顆星一面倒！
I went to mono to buy something. Momo is responsible for delivery of this purchase. After waiting for the package for a whole day, the logistics staff even showed that the product was delivered and did not meet it. I laughed to death. Does it mean delivery? The level of delivery personnel is really bad enough, no wonder the evaluation of one star is one-sided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think I can give a one star rating for this place. To be honest, the environment is dirty and the place feels like some bad scene from a war movie or something.
I went there to make an inquiry after their staff was unable to make a delivery for my package I missed.
I'm a foreigner, I speak good Chinese, but the staff seems to have 失去聽覺了。I had to repeat many times before I got them to understand.
It seems like its a very understaffed place and They guys are always busy trying to sort packages out, so I believe this is a factor contributing to the poor service delivered here.
They were quick to give me the information I needed though, which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. I believe their working conditions aren't exactly pretty and it's a factor that makes them deliver bad customer service.
