★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已停電超過24小時，不見有台電人員，前後住家皆於昨天傍晚燈火通明，只有東京花園大樓一片漆黑，大概我們大樓住戶只繳半價，所以才會排在最後面來電。
There have been power outages for more than 24 hours. There are no electric power personnel. The homes and the houses are brightly lit yesterday evening. Only the Tokyo Garden Building is dark. Perhaps the residents of our building pay only half the price, so they will be in the last call.
