★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日（10/9）到達該（南港營業處）已屆中午12點午休時間，當時心想“公家機關”應該會有人值班吧！果不其然，碰上一個“菜鳥”（還好是菜鳥-姓曾）...他說午休12：00～13：00只負責收費，不處理一般業務....（同時12：00一到，眼見辦公室幾乎所有人都在離席中...）還好有這一位菜鳥幫忙，我順利完成我的業務。真的感謝他，同時希望每一位“台電工作人員，都能以菜鳥精神”服務大眾。
Today (10/9) arrived at the (Nangang Office) for lunch break at 12 noon, when I thought that "public office" should be on duty! Sure enough, I came across a "novice" (fortunately a rookie - surnamed Zeng)... He said that the lunch break is only responsible for charges from 12:00 to 13:00, and does not handle general business.... (At the same time, at 12:00, Seeing that almost everyone in the office is leaving...) Fortunately, this rookie helped me to complete my business. I really appreciate him, and I hope that every "Taiwanese staff can serve the public with a rookie spirit."
